Refund policy

Applies to all products purchased from Rollo Tubes Australia.


General Policy

All products sold by Rollo Tubes Australia are treated as consumables. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:
    • The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
    • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
    • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return, even if the customer is unsatisfied.
  • If you receive multiple packs and only open one, the remaining unopened packs may be returned within 14 days.
    However, the refund will be pro-rated based on the number returned and the condition of the packaging.
  • Complimentary tubes provided with a machine purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement, as they are free items. See the Complimentary Tubes section under our Machine Warranty Page for more details.

Time Limit

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Process

To request a return, email us at sales@rollotubesaust.com.au with:
  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A brief explanation of the issue
We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide next steps.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the item was ordered incorrectly or the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label to customer's email.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:
  • Whether the return is approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days via your original payment method
  • Missing or damaged components may reduce the refund amount

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:
  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take time for the refund to post
  3. If you’ve done the above and still don’t see your refund, please contact us directly

Packing Your Return

Ensure all items are:

  • Securely packed
  • Protected from transit damage

Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packing will have their value deducted from the refund.


Returns Accepted Only from Our Website

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from
www.rollotubesaust.com.au. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
