Warranty For Machines

Our Machine was carefully tested before shipment from the manufacturer who guarantees this product to be free from defects. This warranty allows returns only for a service within a three-month period (only for electrical faults) following the date of purchase. Refunds are not accepted, as this product is deemed unsellable after use. After the three-month period is over, all services and repair are met with a service fee (additional fees may also apply based on the service needed or parts needing replacement.)

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Broken or damaged parts. (All damages needing repair fall outside of the ‘warranty’ and will be subject to a repair fee).

2. Replacement of any parts.

3. Improper use. This can lead to a damaged machine or malfunction. The product must be used properly by the owner. Therefore, the owner hereby releases the seller from any and all claims for damage based on the above condition.

4. The owner hereby releases this machine from any and all claims from failure to read instructions included.

NOTICE!

Warranty does not include a replacement unit. A product under warranty will be fixed and sent back to the buyer free of charge.

We dont offer refunds for Machines, Once returned back your item will be fixed and shipped back out to you!!

The warranty only covers the electrical components and NOT mechanical. The mechanical systems in the machines work perfectly fine before the machines are dispatched. Mechanical issues only arise from over stuffing the machines with product or using damp product.
