Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunatley we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging, and must include all packing materials, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned. Proof of purchase required. Please include your order number, your name, and email address when requesting a return.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we ahve received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t receieved a refund yet, first check your credit card or bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take up to five business days before your refund is officially posted by your banking institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via phone or email.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or call us.

Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returing your item if the item was incorrectly ordered on your part or because you changed your mind. Rollo Tubes Australia will provide a Return Label for your order if the item is defective.

Packing your Return Please make sure your items are well packed before sending it back. Any goods damaged in transit to us will be deducted from the total of your refund.
